Overview
The Neurent Medical redesign focused on rebuilding the company’s digital presence around the NEUROMARK® treatment experience for Chronic Rhinitis. The existing platform needed to better communicate the product’s value proposition, improve navigation for both patients and providers, and support future scalability across marketing, educational, and product-focused content.
Working across UX, UI, and project management responsibilities, I led the creation of a scalable website experience supported by a structured Figma design system and a modular Webflow implementation approach using Relume components. The project combined product thinking, accessibility, responsive design, and operational efficiency to help the team move faster while maintaining design consistency.
The problem
The previous website lacked a clear structure for different user groups and made it difficult to communicate complex medical information in an approachable way. Patients needed educational guidance around symptoms and treatment benefits, while providers required deeper technical and clinical information.
At the same time, the company needed a scalable system that could support ongoing content growth, marketing campaigns, resources, provider pages, and future product expansion without creating design inconsistencies or slowing down development workflows. The challenge was not only redesigning the interface, but also creating a scalable operational framework that connected design, CMS structure, and development execution.
My role
I led the project from both a Product Design and Project Management perspective. My role included defining the UX strategy, designing responsive page experiences, structuring the information architecture, and building the design system in Figma.
From the project management side, I coordinated timelines, design reviews, stakeholder communication, and implementation alignment between strategy, design, and development teams. I also helped establish workflows around Webflow and Relume to accelerate implementation while maintaining flexibility and scalability throughout the build process.
Approach
The project started with restructuring the website around two core audiences: patients and providers. I redesigned the navigation, content hierarchy, and user journeys to help visitors quickly access the information most relevant to them while simplifying the communication of complex healthcare concepts. To support scalability, I built a modular design system in Figma using reusable components, typography styles, spacing rules, variables, and responsive patterns. This allowed the team to maintain consistency across pages while improving collaboration between design and development.
On the implementation side, we leveraged Webflow and Relume components to accelerate development workflows and create a more efficient production pipeline. Rather than building every section from scratch, we combined modular Relume structures with custom product-focused UX solutions tailored to Neurent Medical’s goals. This helped reduce development friction while still delivering a highly customized and branded experience. Throughout the project, I facilitated collaboration between stakeholders, strategists, and developers to ensure design decisions aligned with business goals, accessibility standards, and technical constraints.
Outcome
The final platform delivered a clearer and more modern experience for both patients and providers while creating a scalable digital foundation for Neurent Medical’s future growth. The redesigned website improved navigation clarity, strengthened the communication of the NEUROMARK® treatment process, and introduced a more approachable and trustworthy visual experience.
The modular Figma design system and Webflow implementation framework also improved internal efficiency by creating reusable structures that support future expansion, content management, and faster iteration cycles. The project ultimately combined UX strategy, scalable systems thinking, and operational leadership into a unified redesign process.
